Current programs, activities and accomplishments.
Today in two small offices, three counseling rooms, a play therapy room, and other locations, i.e. schools, churches, and social service agencies, Tu Casa provides 24-hour crisis intervention, client and child advocacy, short and long term counseling, and prevention education. We receive referrals from all over the San Luis Valley and even from across the surrounding mountain ranges. Our services are provided in both Spanish and English twenty-four hours a day. Law enforcement officers, court personnel, and other social service agencies work with Tu Casa as partners. School counselors and teachers call Tu Casa to schedule prevention education for in-services and their students.
